Empowering young people to change their own lives
NGO «People» supports children and youth in Bila Tserkva, Ukraine in developing life skills, critical thinking and active participation in social processes — locally and across Europe.

What we stand for
Our objectives guide every club, camp, training and exchange we run.
Youth empowerment
Helping young people make positive changes in their lives and take part in civil processes in their community.
Critical thinking & media literacy
Workshops, discussion clubs and focus groups that build resilience against manipulation and disinformation.
International dialogue
Involving Ukrainian youth in Erasmus+, European Solidarity Corps and bilateral youth exchanges.
Preventing discrimination
Countering bullying, radical behaviour and stereotypes through non-formal education and tolerance building.
Outdoor education
Camps, trips and nature-based activities that promote a healthy lifestyle and connection to the environment.
Inclusion
Working with young people with fewer opportunities, orphans, internally displaced people and volunteers.
Rooted locally, connected across Europe
We cooperate closely with the Bila Tserkva city hall, the youth department, the municipal Youth Center, the local Pedagogical College and the private language school The English Studio.
NGO «People» is currently a partner in the long-term Swedish–Ukrainian cooperation project «United Voices: Youth Leading Ukraine to EU», dedicated to boosting the work of Ukrainian NGOs on the European Youth Goals.
